PROMENADE ALONG THE SHORE OF DAM DOSPAT

This is “The Little Bosphorus”! – this way the tourists exclaim when they see the newly built coastal promenade of the beautiful and picturesque “Dospat” dam. Its construction has been carried out through a project with European funding. The promenade  is 2120 meters long and three meters wide.

Throughout there are uniformly located: an octagonal pavilion, a pavilion with barbecue, two fireplaces, tables with benches and playground for children. The promenade is only pedestrian, a plaque says that the passage of vehicles is prohibited.

The real attraction, by which they compare it with the Bosphorus, appears at night, when they turn on the solar lamps, almost 200, and illuminate it with their lights. Then the tourists come out and the whole promenade is full of life.
